If we are to vaccinate at your premises, then we will arrive early and set up the room to be used for giving vaccinations.
Regarding Flu Vaccinations, we offer the following service:
1. Quality vaccination-accredited and certified nurses and doctors.
2. Dedicated project manager – we take the hassle out of your hands and manage the program providing back end support.
3. No call out fee when vaccinating groups of 50 or more.
4. Avoid upfront costs - no minimum numbers, no cancellation fees or a requirement to confirm exact number of staff being vaccinated and you pay for vaccinations provided monthly in arrears.
5. Multiple on site visits as per the business requirement to meet shift work demands.
6. Vaccination documentation is provided for team members who require vaccination confirmation e.g. for nursing home visits.
7. The vaccine is Afuria – Quad flu vaccine and is satisfactory for anyone aged 5 to 65 years young (no one is ever too old).
8. Pharmacy Guild collaboration allowing for national access to the Flu Vaccination for team members who have missed on site vaccination.
a. Equal access to all staff – vaccination program available to all staff including casual and shift work at a time that suits the business and the staff.
b. No workplace disruption – no disruption of work time and logistics of staff leaving work. Staff can get vaccinated outside work hours.
c. Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) – All vaccination providers are required to upload all administered vaccines onto the AIR which is your statement showing all immunisations for life. This can be accessed through MyGov.
d. Easy to use booking portal – (we register the organisation with the guild under our banner and handle all the paper work and billing)
