If you cannot get to one of our clinics during business hours, then we can come to you! We can visit you at your home, office or hotel. A callout fee applies (see below) which is charged in addition to the test(s). Please note that additional notice is required to make an on-site visit booking. Remember, your appointment must take place within 24 hours of your scheduled flight departure time.

Your test must be conducted within 24 hours of your flight's scheduled departure time.
Please book your appointment with us at least 48 hours prior to that to ensure getting your test done in time. While we will try to accommodate last-minute bookings, we may have to cancel in the event of too-little notice or if your request a booking time that falls outside our normal hours of operation.
Bring your passport along so we can make sure the details on your certificate match those on your passport.

Positive Health Group employs the CareStart COVID-19 Antigen rapid test, which produces results in just 10 minutes — the fastest rapid antigen test available. (Most others are 15-30 minutes).
CareStart is the rapid antigen test used by the Commonwealth Government and AUSMAT for daily testing of staff at Howard Springs and on international deployments. It is also currently being used for the Government's aged care pilot in south-west Sydney and by various large private companies across Australia.
Developed and manufactured in the USA by Access Bio, CareStart is registered with both the TGA and FDA following extensive clinical trials out of the USA that demonstrate a sensitivity of 94% and specificity of 99.3%, with substantial local validation data from the Doherty Institute, NSW Health and PathWest.
Due to its speed (10 minutes), ease-of-use and low cost, CareStart COVID-19 Antigen is highly suitable for rapid, frequent onsite-screening of large groups.
In addition, CareStart COVID-19 Antigen is one of the few rapid antigen tests that has TGA certification for the anterior (shallow) nasal collection method — much less invasive than nasopharyngeal (deep nasal) collection.
Arrive at the clinic at least 5 minutes before your appointment to complete a short form to collect your details.

Rapid Antigen Testing procedure takes just a few minutes per person to complete.
The test takes no more than 15 minutes from start to finish. If you come the clinic for your test, the certificate is printer for you. If you book a telehealth or call-out test, the test takes 15 minutes and the certificate is emailed to you in PDF format.
Australia no longer requires a pre-flight Covid test to enter the country.
If you test positive for Covid-19, we cannot issue a certificate for you to fly. Also, you must report your result to the NSW Government. In short, you cannot fly until you produce a negative test.
However, if you have recently had Covid and have a doctor's letter or other document confirming as such, then we may be able to issue you with a 'safe-to-fly' letter signed by one of our doctors. Call us on 02 9804 0480 for more information.
You can reschedule your appointment in the event of changes to your flight details. You can cancel your appointment at anytime, however, a $20 cancellation is fee is payable. If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, or do not show for your appointment, no refund will be provided.
